These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ranked.sh (the "Service"): the public leaderboard, listing pages, the claim flow, and related features. By using the Service, creating a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for a rank.
The Service is operated by the operator of ranked.sh ("we", "us", "our"). Legal notices, listing complaints, and questions go to t.me/cosmicgilgamesh on Telegram or @cosmicgilgamesh on X. These Terms work together with the public Rules. If the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
Ranked is a paid public ranking. Anyone may pay to list a token, a website, or an X account, and a listing's rank is the cumulative amount paid toward it, in whole US dollars, according to the Rules. Listings are paid placements, not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements, or independent rankings. Anyone can raise any listing, whether or not they own it.
A payment buys the position that amount supports at the moment it is credited. It does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, a fixed duration at a rank, or any particular result. Someone else can pay more and outrank you. The Hot board counts only a rolling 24-hour window. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, categories, minimums, and ranking rules.
Payments are made on chain, in USDC, USDT, or USDG on Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain, or Solana, from your own wallet directly to the treasury address the Service shows you. Ranked never holds your funds and has no key that could move them. We do not collect card details or bank information.
Minimums, the price to take a rank, and the difference you owe to raise a listing are shown before you pay. Completing a payment is an offer to buy ranking placement on those terms. Rank is assigned when the chain confirms the payment and it is credited to the listing, at whatever position that amount then supports.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. A payment sent on the wrong network, in the wrong token, to the wrong address, or in an amount that does not match the listing may not be creditable. Payments that arrive without a matching listing are reviewed by hand and credited where they can be attributed.
All payments are final and not refundable. Ranking placement is a digital service that begins the moment the payment is credited: the listing is created or raised and the amount is counted on the public board. Being outranked later, dropping off the Hot board, fewer clicks than you hoped for, a category you dislike, downtime, or a later removal for breach of these Terms does not create a refund.

We may refuse, delay, edit, recategorize, hide, or permanently remove any listing, rank, or related page, with or without notice, including where we believe these Terms, the Rules, or the law may have been broken; where a rights holder or a platform complains; or where we think the listing creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
To run the board we fetch and display publicly available information about listed destinations: names, symbols, descriptions, logos, favicons, Open Graph images, X profile names and avatars, and token market and safety data from public sources such as DexScreener and GoPlus. We use that material only to identify the listed project or account on ranked.sh, to show visitors where a paid rank leads, and to operate, moderate, and improve the Service. That display is intended as nominative use: we use only what is needed to identify the destination, we do not use it as our own brand, and we do not suggest sponsorship or endorsement by the rights holder.
Ranked, our wordmark, and the look of the Service are ours. X, DexScreener, and other third-party names remain their owners' property.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, adapt for display, and publicly show the listing and the public metadata we fetch, for as long as needed to operate, promote, and keep an archive of the Service. If you want a listing taken down, contact us via t.me/cosmicgilgamesh on Telegram or @cosmicgilgamesh on X. Takedown does not undo a completed payment.
If you believe a listing infringes your rights or that a listed destination is unlawful, contact us via t.me/cosmicgilgamesh on Telegram or @cosmicgilgamesh on X with: your name and contact details; the listing page on ranked.sh; the destination; a description of the problem; and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act. We may restrict the listing while we review the notice and may share the notice with the lister.
Appearance on the board is not our opinion of a project, token, or person. We do not verify that listed projects, claims, prices, or results are true. Market prices, safety indicators, and click counts describe what public data sources or our own systems reported at a moment in time and are not guarantees. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, or legal advice. Links from the Service leave ranked.sh; the destinations have their own terms and practices, and we are not responsible for them.
We provide the Service as-is. It may be unavailable, slow, or incorrect. We may change ranking rules, minimums, categories, supported chains and tokens, or these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. For a payment already completed, the Terms in effect at the time of payment apply to that payment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that listings, names, images, ranks, prices, or counts are accurate or complete.
We do not limit liability that applicable law says we cannot limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, substitute services, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing that the claim concerns in the three months before the claim.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator and the people working on the Service from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your listing, your destination, your payment, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts there. Where you are a consumer with mandatory rights under your local law, those rights are not affected.
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Rules, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. We may assign these Terms to a successor operator of the Service.
