There is no algorithm and no editorial judgement. A listing's rank is the total amount ever paid toward it, in whole US dollars, in USDC or USDT on Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain or Solana. Pay more than the listing above you and you pass it.
There are no accounts. Your wallet is used to pay and for nothing else. Anyone can list anything — a token, a website, an X account — and anyone can raise any listing, whether or not they own it.
Payments go from your wallet straight to the treasury in your own transaction. Ranked never holds your funds and has no key that could move them.
